On May 8, 2007, Griffith Park was consumed by a massive wildfire, devastating over 800 acres. Photographer Colin Remas Brown documented the aftermath and was shocked to find that the Park’s abundant wildlife was one of its greatest victims. The Drkrm Gallery is hosting an opening reception for Brown’s work in “Aftermath: The Griffith Park Fire,” a look at the loss of the Park’s native population.
