The 14th annual Cuban Music Festival, known as Presencia Cubana en Los Angeles, is a celebration of Cuban culture with dancing, spicy food and live music by such local groups as Orquesta Charangoa, Los Puros and the Echo Park Project. Held at the historic Echo Park Lake, the Festival is the only major LA event commemorating Cuba’s 1902 independence from Spain.
