Join the Fallen Fruit Collective at its annual summertime Public Fruit Jam at Machine Project. Bring a clean empty glass jar, homegrown or public fruit, some ideas for original concoctions and let the communal jam making ensue. Fallen Fruit will educate attendees about jam and jelly making basics, including pectins and bindings, as well as share its enthusiasm about the joys of shared fruit.
